European Healthcare Acquisition & Growth Company B.V. publishes its annual
report for the financial year 2023

Amsterdam, 25 April 2024

Today, European Healthcare Acquisition & Growth Company B.V. ("EHC"), a
Dutch operators-led special purpose acquisition company listed on Euronext
Amsterdam, publishes its annual report for the financial year 2023 (the
"Annual
Report 2023"), including its financial statements and the report of its
board.

The Annual Report 2023 relates to the financial year 2023, from 1 January
2023 to 31 December 2023,

The Annual Report 2023 can be downloaded from the website of EHC in the
'Investor Relations' section under 'News & Publications', under 'Reports':
www.ehc-company.com, where a downloadable version in the European Single
Electronic Format (ESEF) is also available.

The annual general meeting of shareholders of EHC will be held during the
second half of Q2 2024, at which the Annual Report 2023 will be discussed.
The agenda of the AGM will be published in due course.
