ASSLAR (dpa-AFX) - Pfeiffer Vacuum Technology AG (PFFVF.PK, PVTCY.PK)
announced that it has agreed with its Chairwoman Britta Giesen to terminate her
contract. The board of the German manufacturer of vacuum pumps said, on mutual
consent, her resignation will be effective from April 9.
