Change in the Chairmanship of the Management Board of Marley Spoon Group SE
and Marley Spoon SE

The Supervisory Board of Marley Spoon Group SE and Mr. Fabian Siegel have
agreed today that Mr. Siegel will leave the Management Board of Marley Spoon
Group SE by mutual consent with effect as of 26 June 2024. Mr. Siegel will
also leave the Management Board of Marley Spoon SE with effect as of 26 June
2024. As of 27 June 2024, Mr. Siegel will be succeeded by the current Chief
Operating Officer, Mr. Daniel Raab, as Chairman of the Management Board of
Marley Spoon Group SE and Marley Spoon SE. Furthermore, Ms. Nasreen
Abduljaleel (Chief Technology and Product Officer) and Mr. Federico Rossi
(Chief Marketing Officer) have been appointed as additional members of the
Management Board of both companies with effect as of 27 June 2024.
