Annual General Meeting approves all proposals of the Board of Directors

Altdorf, 13 May 2024 - The 16th Annual General Meeting of Orascom
Development Holding AG took place today. In accordance with Article 7 of the
Articles of Association, it was held virtually. At the meeting 47,769,562
registered shares, corresponding to 79.85% of the issued share capital, were
represented.

All proposals of the Board of Directors were approved. All members of the
Board of Directors and the Nomination and Compensation Committee as well as
the auditors and the independent proxy were re-elected. The shareholders
also approved the inaugural 'Life with Purpose' 2023 Environmental, Social,
and Governance (ESG) Report.
