June 28, 2024 - Nagarro, a global leader in digital engineering, held its
Annual General Meeting in Munich on June 27, 2024.

The shareholders approved all resolutions proposed by the Supervisory Board
and the Management Board at yesterday's Annual General Meeting by a vast
majority, including the appointment of KPMG AG
Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, Berlin, as auditor for the financial year
2024. The appointment was made on the recommendation of the Audit Committee
of Nagarro's Supervisory Board, which was preceded by a selection procedure
carried out in accordance with Article 16 of Regulation (EU) No. 537/2014 of
the European Parliament and of the Council of April 16, 2014 (EU Audit
Regulation).

The distribution of a dividend was not a subject of the Annual General
Meeting. Nagarro has historically not paid dividends. However, the company
may decide to do so in the future.
