OTI Greentech AG: Postponement of the publication of the financial
statements of OTI Greentech AG (separate financial statements) 2023 and the
consolidated financial statements 2023

Berlin, June 28, 2024 - The Management Board and Supervisory Board of OTI
Greentech AG (ISIN DE000A2TSL22), an international provider of innovative
and sustainable chemicals and services for industry listed on the Düsseldorf
Stock Exchange, have decided to publish the financial statements of OTI
Greentech AG (separate financial statements) for the 2023 financial year on
July 10, 2024 and the consolidated financial statements for the 2023
financial year, which are now expected to be published on July 26, 2024. As
previously announced, the Annual General Meeting for the 2023 financial year
will take place on September 5, 2024. The postponement of the dates has
become necessary because a VAT audit in Switzerland for previous years was
more complex than planned. The audit was completed without any objections.
This placed a high demand on internal resources on the one hand and delayed
the transfer of documents for the preparation of the 2023 consolidated
financial statements on the other.

The publication of OTI Greentech AG's half-yearly statement 2024 (separate
financial statements) will take place on September 30, 2024, as previously
announced.
