("AMG", EURONEXT AMSTERDAM: "AMG") declares an interim dividend of EUR0.40 per
ordinary share, from an interim dividend of EUR0.30 per ordinary share in the
prior year.
The interim dividend of EUR0.40 per ordinary share, in respect of the period from
January 1, 2023 to June 30, 2023, is payable on August 9, 2023 to shareholders
of record as of August 1, 2023. The ex-dividend date will be July 31, 2023.
Dutch withholding tax will be deducted from the dividend at a rate of 15%.
