CANBERA (dpa-AFX) - Goodman Group (GMG.AX) said it raised operating earnings
per security growth outlook for fiscal year 2024 to 13% from the prior outlook
of 11%.

The company said it delivered a strong operating performance for third quarter
of fiscal year 2024, positioning the business well for the full year and into
2025.

The company reported a portfolio occupancy rate of 98% and 12-month rolling
like-for-like net property income growth of 4.9%.

At the end of the third quarter, Goodman had A$12.9 billion of development work
in progress across 82 projects.
