LONDON (dpa-AFX) - Smith Group Plc (SMIN.L), a construction engineering
company, said on Tuesday that it will launch the first tranche of its 100
million pounds of share repurchase program.
For now, the Group will buy back up to 50 million of shares from March 26, until
no later than September 30.
The Group has entered into a deal with J.P. Morgan Securities Plc to manage the
first tranche.
