   purchase 250 preference shares of Einhell Germany AG every Thursday.
   If the relevant Thursday is not a Xetra trading day, the order must be
   executed on the next stock exchange trading day, which is also a bank
   working day of the executing bank. Depending on the order situation,
   the order can be executed in partial executions, also over several
   days. The standing order is valid from May 16, 2024 to August 14, 2024
   (Wednesday, because Thursday, August 15, 2024 is a national holiday).
   The purchase is part of the obligation arising from his Management
