US TSY FUTURES: Post-June FOMC Minutes React

Treasuries remain near session highs after the FOMC June minutes release --
nothing new that hasn't been relayed by Fed speakers the last couple weeks.
TYU4 futures draw modest bid to 109-31.5 -- well off morning high of 110-04.
