Berlin, June 26, 2024. The Annual General Meeting of Eckert & Ziegler SE
(ISIN DE0005659700) today resolved to split-off Pentixapharm AG from Eckert
& Ziegler SE and to distribute a dividend of EUR 0.05 per share for the 2023
financial year.

As in the previous year, the Annual General Meeting was held as an in-person
event at Eckert & Ziegler SE's headquarters in Berlin. A total of 57.6% of
the company's share capital was represented.
