WASHINGTON (dpa-AFX) - Robert Half International (RHI) reported a profit for
fourth quarter that decreased from last year but beat the Street estimates.

The company's earnings came in at $87.30 million, or $0.83 per share. This
compares with $147.65 million, or $1.37 per share, in last year's fourth
quarter.

Analysts on average had expected the company to earn $0.82 per share, according
to figures compiled by Thomson Reuters. Analysts' estimates typically exclude
special items.

The company's revenue for the quarter fell 15.0% to $1.47 billion from $1.73
billion last year.
