HOOK (dpa-AFX) - Serco Group Plc (SRP.L), a British company focused on
defense, health, space, and others, on Tuesday announced share repurchase of up
to 140 million pounds.
Serco has instructed Barclays Capital Securities Limited, and J.P. Morgan
Securities Plc, to execute the program.
From March 5 to August 5, Barclays will purchase the shares for 2 pence per
share for up to 70 million pounds.
Post August 5, J.P. Morgan will purchase the remaining 70 million pounds of
shares before December 31.
