Düsseldorf, 8 July 2024: In the period from 1 July up to and including 5 July 2024, a total of 15,204 shares were
acquired as part of the share buyback of CLIQ Digital AG.
The start of the share buyback was announced on 27 February 2024 in accordance with Art. 5 para. 1 lit. a) of
Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014, Art. 2 para. 1 of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
