Düsseldorf, 1 July 2024: In the period from 24 June 2024 up to and including 28 June 2024, a total of 23,171 shares
were acquired as part of the share buyback of CLIQ Digital AG.
The start of the share buyback was announced on 27 February 2024 in accordance with Art. 5 para. 1 lit. a) of
Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014, Art. 2 para. 1 of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.
