WASHINGTON (dpa-AFX) - Shares of Live Nation Entertainment Inc. (LYV) are

planning to sue the company.

According to the Wall Street Journal, the Justice Department is preparing to the
parent company of Ticketmaster as soon as next month.

An antitrust lawsuit against Live Nation by the Justice Department would allege
that the company has used its dominance in the ticket-selling space to undermine
competition, according to the Journal, which cited people familiar with the
matter.
