SINGAPORE (dpa-AFX) - Flex Ltd. (FLEX) announced earnings for its fourth
quarter that increased from last year

The company's earnings came in at $395 million, or $0.93 per share. This
compares with $142 million, or $0.31 per share, in last year's fourth quarter.

Excluding items, Flex Ltd. reported adjusted earnings of $244 million or $0.57
per share for the period.

The company's revenue for the quarter fell 11.6% to $6.17 billion from $6.98
billion last year.
