LONDON (dpa-AFX) - Kingfisher Plc (KGF.L), a British retailer, said on
Monday that its Chair, Andrew Cosslett has decided to step down with effect from
June 20.
Effective from the same day, he will be succeeded by the company's Chair of
Board's Remuneration Committee, Claudia Arney.
