Berlin, listed on the open market of the Berlin Stock Exchange (ISIN:
DE000A3H2341), announces: RIXX Invest AG will henceforth also be listed on
the open market of the Düsseldorf Stock Exchange. The management of the
Düsseldorf Stock Exchange has approved this decision.

Thomas Knipp, CEO of RIXX Invest AG, commented: "We are very pleased with
